Dauntless® ships solely to the UK, but we're looking to open up to other markets shortly.

If you live in the EU you might be charged handling fees and/or taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs, including but not limited to customs, duties, and taxes. We will not accept returns if the reason for a return is due to customs charges being owed.
RETURN & REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?
- You can return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. All returns are at your own expense.
- Returned item(s) must be unworn and include the original tags and labels.
- For more information on your refund, or if you received a faulty/incorrect item please contact our Customer Care team.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Unfortunately, exchanging items ordered online is not possible. However, you can return the item and place a new order.
I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND REFUND ME?
We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of the return being processed, using the same payment method as your original order.
Please note that during promotions and sale periods, delivery and return processing by our carriers may be delayed by one to three days due to reduced capacity.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can enter your promotional code in your 'Shopping cart’ before placing your order. If your promotional code isn't working, your code may be invalid, was already used, or is not applicable to the product(s) in your cart.
WHAT'S EXCLUDED?
Promotional codes are only valid on full-price items and exclude shipping costs.
Discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have been placed and paid for already.
